Doggy Style: Musings of a Canine Fashionista
Woof! I’m Brewser, a dog who adores fashion. I keep up with the latest trends by watching the Style Network with my mom, and sitting on her lap as she reads Vogue.
It all started when I was a pup, and my dad dressed me up in a fabulous devil costume for Halloween.
As a dog, I’m not really qualified to go barking to you about what not to wear, but I can tell you how to take the trends from the runway and use them to turn your pooch into a stylish doggy diva.
Spring 2005 is all about SPARKLE. Even your pooch can bling-bling down the sidewalk with this gorgeous collar charm from shopintuition.com-and you can have the other half! How sweet. Mom said she read in People magazine that Tori Spelling bought one for her furry friend.

Now, I know that diamonds are a gal’s best friend, but if you have more classic taste in jewelry, you can grab one of these ladylike pearl collars from Anthropologie for your dog.

Manly dogs need manly collars, like my yellow leather collar from Coach. Mom and Dad gave it to me for my 2nd birthday.
Fur was all over the runway at the Fall 2005 shows. Show off your pup’s style with a fur coat-faux, of course.

Dad always says it takes a real man to wear pink, but I think I’ll leave that stylish pick for the ladies!
Remember, dogs can be as stylish as those runway models, you just have to know where to shop-regular grooming helps too!
